Why Choose Us?
I have been a Notary Public for the State of Florida since 2004, authorized by Florida Statute 741.07(1) to solemnize weddings. I have officiated at weddings in SW Florida since 2004 and since January 6, 2015 have proudly been the marriage celebrant at same-sex and gay wedding cerebrations. I am ordained by the American Marriage Ministries and may solemnize the rights of matrimonial contract as all other ordained clergy should you choose a religious ceremony. As a mobile Notary Public and marriage celebrant (also known as a wedding officiant) I travel anywhere in southwest Florida, but primarily in Sarasota and Charlotte county (Port Charlotte, Englewood, Punta Gorda, Venice, North Port) to solemnize a couple's marriage. If you have other needs for a Florida Notary Public, give me a call or see here for other services I provide.

When you decide to take the step of getting married to your partner, call Tom to officiate at your wedding. Same-sex or Gay weddings are just like any other wedding: a loving couple is joined in matrimony by a wedding celebrant. I will be proud to officiate at your wedding. You can choose a secular service—Notary; or religious service—Minister. Call me: 941-564-9198.
You can be married at your home, on a beach or golf course, or just about anyplace you choose. You will need a marriage license issued by a Florida county clerk of the court (generally your home county). A couple can be married immediately after the license is issued if the spouses have taken a four-hour premarital course. There is no other waiting period for those who have taken the course. Search online for: Florida premarital course. No waiting for out-of-state residents.

All Florida residents must take the course, or wait three days for the license to become valid. This does not apply to non-residents.The license is valid for 60 days anywhere in the state. After the ceremony I am responsible for completing information on the license and returning it to the clerk of the court in the issuing county.

The area I serve is on the map to the left. I can travel further but the cost increases significantly.

Today, as I give myself to you, my mind is clear and my commitment is strong and without reservation.

I take you to be my life's partner.

I will never leave you nor forsake you.

I will spend all my days at your side.

We will share a lifetime of eternal immeasurable love.

I ______, take you, ______, take you as my spouse, my lifelong partner. I will do everything I can to maintain our love. I will talk to you and listen to you. I will give to you and I will take from you. Your success and happiness will be mine.

_______, you have been my best friend, mentor, playmate, confidant, and my greatest challenge. But most importantly, you are the love of my life and you make me happier than I could ever imagine and more loved than I ever thought possible. You have made me a better person, as our love for one another is reflected in the way I live my life. So I am truly blessed to be a part of your life, which as of today becomes our life together

From this moment, I take you as my best friend for life. I pledge to honor, encourage, and support you through our walk together. When our way becomes difficult, I promise to stand by you and uplift you, so that through our union we can accomplish more than we could alone. I promise to work at our love and always make you a priority in my life. With every beat of my heart, I will love you.

Love has given us wings, and our journey begins today. Wherever the wind may carry me, I will stay by your side as your husband/wife. Take this ring as a sign of my love and commitment to you. I promise to love you, to be your best friend, to respect and support you, to be patient with you, to work together with you to achieve our goals, to accept you unconditionally and to share my life with you forever.

I, (name) take you, (name), to be my husband-wife-spouse, my partner in life and my one true love. I will cherish our union and love you more each day than I did the day before. I will trust you and respect you, laugh with you and cry with you, loving you faithfully through good times and bad, regardless of the obstacles we may face together. I give you my hand, my heart, and my love, from this day forward for as long as we both shall live.

The vows you pledge to one another are yours, so rearrange, change, add or combine the words above. As your marriage celebrant I'll be pleased to read them as you recite them to your partner.

Notary:The commitment that the two of you are about to make is the most important commitment that two people can make, you are about to create something new, the marriage relationship, an entity that never ends.

As you stand here today, are you now prepared to begin this commitment to one another? (I am) Have you come here freely and without reservation to give yourselves to each other in marriage? (I have).

Notary: (first Spouse or Groom name) and (second Spouse or Bride's name), I would ask that you both remember to treat yourself and each other with dignity and respect; to remind yourself often ofwhat brought you together today. Give the highest priority to the tenderness, gentleness and kindness that your marriage deserves. When frustration and difficulty assail your marriage — as these do to every relationship at one time or another — focus on what still seems right between you, not only the part that seems wrong. This way, when clouds oftrouble hide the sun in your lives and you lose sight ofit for a moment, you can remember that the sun is still there. And I feach ofyou will take responsibility for the quality ofyour life together, it will be marked by abundance and delight.

(first Spouse or Groom's name), will you have (NAME) to be your wedded spouse/wife? (I will) Will you love and comfort him/her, honor and keep him/her, in sickness and in health, and forsaking all others, keep yourself only unto him/her as long as you both shall live? (I will)

(second Spouse or Bride name), will you have (NAME) to be your wedded spouse/husband? (I will) Will you love and comfort her/him, honor and keep her/him, in sickness and in health, and forsaking all others, keep yourself only unto her/him as long as you both shall live? (I will)

Notary:Since it is your intention to enter into marriage, join your right hands, and declare your consent (before these witnesses) by repeating after me:

I, (first Spouse or Groom first name) take you (second Spouse or Bride's first name) to be my spouse/wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, as long as we both shall live. (first Spouse or Groom places ring on second spouse or Bride's finger and repeats after Notary) (Bride’s first name): take this ring as a sign of my commitment and fidelity to you.

I, (second Spouse or Bride’s First Name) take you (first Spouse or Groom’s first name) to be my spouse/husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, as long as we both shall live.(Bride places ring on Groom’s finger and repeats after Notary): (Groom’s first name) take this
ring as a sign of my commitment and fidelity to you.

Notary: (Groom ’s First Name) and (Bride ’s First Name) , in so much as the two of you have agreed to live together in Matrimony, have promised your commitment to each other by these vows, (and) the joining ofyour hands (and the giving ofthese rings), by the authority vested in me by the State of Florida, I now pronounce you (Married or Husband and Wife.

Notary: Congratulations, you may kiss each other..
